CBI action after the strictness of Supreme Court, FIR on many builders in cheating from home buyers

Taking major action on the direction of the Supreme Court, the CBI has registered 6 regular cases against several builders and officials of unknown financial institutions in Kolkata, Bangalore and Mumbai. Along with this, the CBI has raided 12 locations in these three cities.

This action has been taken after the complaints of thousands of houses buyers who were misled with the connivance of builders and financial institutions. Many victims had reached the Supreme Court directly and there was a case of tricks of home loans called 'Subvention Scheme'.

Supreme Court ordered CBI

In April 2025, the Supreme Court directed the CBI to register 7 preliminary enquiries. Out of these, 6 tests were related to the builders of the NCR area, on which 22 cases have already been registered and the investigation is going on. The seventh investigation was on the builders outside the NCR. After the report of this investigation was submitted to the Supreme Court, the court ordered the CBI to register 6 regular cases.

CBI found necessary evidence in search

During the search, CBI has found many important documents and digital evidence. The investigating agency says that the raid is still going on. 'Government is making a big mistake', Congress said on the arrest of Sonam Wangchuk

NIA files charge sheet against mastermind in Jharkhand Maoist attack

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge sheet against a main accused in the 2024 case related to the attack of Communist Party of India (Maoist) activists on security forces in Jharkhand. Officials gave this information on Saturday (September 27, 2025).

He said that the name of Abhijeet Koda alias Sunil Koda alias Matla Koda alias Matlu of Jamui district of Bihar is included in the charge sheet filed in the NIA special court in Ranchi, Jharkhand on Friday (September 26, 2025). The NIA said in a statement that an armed activist of the CPI (Maoist) was involved in the criminal conspiracy to carry out the militant activities of the banned militant organization and to promote/strengthen the organization in collaboration with other members.

'Courier' for senior Maoist leaders

The NIA said the investigation revealed that he was working as a 'courier' and messenger for senior Maoist leaders and also supported his efforts to expand the organization and carry out illegal/criminal activities.

The NIA said that the case is dated February last year, when the Jharkhand Police and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) launched a search operation after receiving information about the presence of 15-20 Naxalites in the Sundari Hill forest area of Chatro-Chhatti in Bokaro district.

Naxalites firing indiscriminately on security forces

According to the information received by the police, the Naxalites were allegedly conspiring to commit crime, recruit youth, charge levy and attack security forces. During the search operation, the Naxalites started firing indiscriminately at the security forces, in response to which security forces also fired. However, Maoist workers fled by taking advantage of the dense forest. The NIA took over the investigation in June 2024.

Hyderabad Metro controversy: KTR raging on L&T's return, said- 'CM Revanth Reddy's dictatorship with dictatorship'

BRS Executive Chairman K.K. T. Ramarao (KTR) has made serious allegations against Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy about the Hyderabad Metro project. KTR said that the L&T company faced many problems due to CM's 'ego and unilateral dictatorial attitude', resulting in the company to withdraw from the project.

He has demanded that Revanth Reddy should clarify why L&T went away despite the lease period of 2070. Metro work project brought boom

In 2008, KTR reminded the then Congress government to start a metro project under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. At that time the Metas company won the tender, but L&T was later assigned this responsibility.

KTR said that in 2014, the metro work was completed only 25% till the BRS government came to power. The KCR government took the initiative to complete it fast and the first phase was started in 2017. Even during the Kovid crisis, the government supported L&T by giving an interest-free loan of Rs 900 crore.

CM Revanth Reddy accused of KTR

In addition, the metro was expanded from Hitech City to Raydurg and a 69 -km network was completed. KTR also said that the BRS government had planned to expand the metro to Shamshabad Airport, for which the tender process was completed.

However, the Revanth government canceled the project as soon as he came to power, which KTR termed as 'indiscriminate'. He warned that such decisions weaken the trust of investors and damage the progress of Telangana.

Visakha Yadav, who hails from Delhi, was an engineer before becoming an IAS officer. He studied engineering from Delhi Technology (DTU) and then started a job in Cisco in Bangalore, but his dream was to become an IAS, for which he quit his job.

After leaving the engineer job, he started studies with self -study without coaching. Visakha failed in the first two attempts, but in the third attempt she won and became an IAS. He scored 1,046 out of 2,025 in UPSC exam, which was the sixth marks in the country.

Visakha finally fulfilled his dream without coaching without leaving a high -paying job. Visakha's father Rajkumar Yadav, born in Delhi in 1994, is an assistant sub-inspector, while his mother is a housewife.
