Fraud in the name of AI trading, disclosed money laundering of crores, ED arrested Nawab Hasan

The Chandigarh zonal team of ED arrested Nawab Hasan, a big agent from Uttar Pradesh on 25 September 2025. The court has sent him to a 9 -day custody. Nawab Hasan is accused of collecting public deposits worth crores of rupees by making false promises to thousands and then used in money laundering through fake platforms like QFX, YFX, BOTBRO, BOTALPHA, Crossalpha and Minecrypto.

According to the ED investigation, it was a pyramid scheme, which was spread over many states Himachal, MP, Haryana, UP and Assam. People were lured to give 5-6% month returns and it was said that money would be invested in AI-bot and forex trading, but the reality was that no trading was being done.

Money was used in purchasing property and in Shano-Shaukat

After investing, the IDs of the people were deleted and the payment was stopped after a few months. The money collected was sent to Dubai via USDT (virtual currency) and was bought in the pride.

ED investigation revealed that Nawab Hasan's status was of Blue Diamond Executive in this network. More than 10,000 investors were connected below it. Initially, he used to take money through cash and payment aggregator, later started sending Dubai via USDT.

Nawab Hasan met the mastermind Lavish Chaudhary in Dubai

Nawab Hasan went to Dubai several times and met the mastermind of this scam with Lavish Chaudhary alias Nawab. The Nawab himself admitted that the balance shown on the platform was fake and old people were paid with new investment. The ED had recovered Rs 94.23 lakh cash in cash before his Shamli's house.

On 17 September 2025, ED arrested another big agent Harinder Pal Singh in this scam. He took the name of Nawab Hasan during interrogation. Earlier on 26 August 2025, ED attached 45 properties worth 9.49 crore. In the Reds, held on 11 February and 4 July, Rs 391 crore was caught in 185 bank accounts.

In 1988, there was a lot of controversy on this book by British writer Salman Rushdie. Islamic leaders from all over the world, including Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei, protested, describing this book as criticism of the Quran. The things written in this book were termed as blasphemy. After this, the then Rajiv Gandhi government had banned its imports, fearing the law and order deteriorating in India from this book.

In 2019, the petitioner knocked on the Delhi High Court door

In 2019, a petitioner named Sandipan Khan approached the Delhi High Court. He said that the ban on the book prevents them from importing books from international publishers or online vendors. This is a violation of their rights. The High Court sought information about the notification under which the book was banned.

During the High Court hearing, the Central Board of Customs (CBIC) or any other concerned agency could not present a copy of the alleged notification issued under the Customs Act, 1962. Finally in November 2024, the High Court said, 'No one could present the notification of October 5, 1988 at the hearing which lasted 5 years. In such a situation, there is no option but to believe that no notification exists. We cannot investigate its validity. Therefore, considering the petition as ineffective, they are closing.

Petition filed in Supreme Court against High Court order

In its order, the High Court allowed the petitioner to import 'The Satanic Verses' to India. After this order, the book became easily available in India. Against this, a petitioner named Mohammad Arshad Mohammad Jamal Khan filed a petition in the Supreme Court.

On Friday (September 26, 2025), the case came in the bench of Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta. The judges found that the petition has been filed as a new PIL. But through this, the order of the High Court in a case is being challenged. After this, the Supreme Court refused to consider this petition filed through lawyer Chand Qureshi.

'Census under the guise of caste survey in Karnataka', on the arguments of the Center, the High Court said- still we do not feel right …

The central government had argued in the Karnataka High Court that this is a census being done under the guise of the survey and it is interfered with its jurisdiction.

The bench of Karnataka High Court Chief Justice Vibhu Bakhru and Justice CM Joshi, while hearing several petitions questioning the validity of the survey, gave an interim order not to stop. However, the court directed the State Backward Classes Commission to maintain the confidentiality of the data collected and ensure voluntary participation.

The Karnataka High Court said in its order, 'We do not find it right to stop the survey released. However, the data collected in the survey should be kept confidential. He should not be disclosed to any person. The Backward Classes Commission will have to ensure that the information is completely safe and kept confidential.

The court has asked the Backward Classes Commission to issue a notification, which has been clarified that participation is voluntary. The court said that the calculations will have to inform the citizens in the beginning that they are not obliged to give information.

The order states, “If a person refuses to participate, the calculator will not try to convince him or pressurize him.” The petitions argued that this process is primarily a census and a violation of privacy. Advocate General Shashi Kiran Shetty, who appeared on behalf of the state, assured the court that there is adequate security measures and he offered to submit an affidavit on the matter.

On behalf of the state government, Senior Advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi appeared and Senior Advocate Ravi Verma Kumar advocated for the Backward Classes Commission. The court allowed all the parties to present additional written arguments in the coming weeks. The court has fixed December 2 for the next hearing on the matter.

The petitioners include KN Subba Reddy, members of the State Vokkaliga Union, Vokkaliga community such as former Chairman of Bangalore Advocates Association, members of the Lingayat community and Akhil Karnataka Brahmin Mahasabha.

Mughal Emperor History: Why did Salim kill this Navratna son of Akbar? Father did not forgive death

Abul Fazal wrote many books. The biggest of these was books like Akbarnama and Iin-e-Akbari.

Abul Fazal used to knock Jahangir (Salim) from the beginning. Whenever there were differences between Akbar and Salim, Akbar always trusted Abul Fazal. It used to spend Salim because he felt that Abul Fazal is the biggest obstacle in his path.

Abul Fazal supported Akbar's liberal policies and thinking like Deen-e-Ilahi, while Salim had more traditionalist views. When Abul Fazal was out of the state for some work in 1602 AD, Akbar called him back, but Shahzada Salim took advantage of the opportunity.

Salim ordered Bundela king Veerasingh Dev Bundela to end Abul Fazal by assuring greed and power. Abul Fazal was brutally murdered on 12 August 1602.

Abul Fazal was the most trusted partner of Akbar. Due to his death, Akbar went into deep shock and it is said that he kept himself closed in the palace for a long time. Akbar did not forgive Salim till death for this crime.

After the death of Abul Fazal, Akbarnama was completed by Inayatullah and was named Takmiil-e-Akbarnama. Abul Fazal was not just a court, but he was also a historian, philosopher and thinker. His books are still considered the most reliable source of understanding the Mughal period. His death showed that scholars in the game of power can also be a victim of conspiracy.

Loxam app scam: PMLA court action in Bhupesh Arora fraud case, bail plea of accused rejected

How did a big scam to Loxam App?

ED has Xindai Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Bhupesh Arora, Rohit Vij and others registered a case under PMLA. The investigation started on 26 July 2022, when the Hyderabad Cybercrime Police registered an FIR. It is alleged that some Chinese citizens along with Indian colleagues run an investment app named Loxam.

Describing this app as part of a big French company, people were lured to give huge returns from false promises. Thousands of people invested money in it, but the investment amount was sent abroad. ED raided five locations and seized digital devices and property worth 2.01 crore.

Money laundering methods similar

Apart from this, more than 500 bank accounts were investigated, from which it was revealed that about 311 crore was fraudulently rotated. These money Xindai Technologies Pvt. Ltd. These money was converted into foreign currency and sent abroad through hawala. This pattern is similar to the money laundering methods identified by the international agency FATF (Financial Action Task Force).

Bhupesh Arora is being considered as the main conspirator of this entire network. The evidence and witnesses found in the investigation have proved that he made arrangements to send money abroad through cash withdrawal, forex conversion and hawala.
